Malthouse Theatre collaborates with local and international artists creating performances that cut to the core of human experience. The work produced explores the world personally, socially and politically.

Season 2017 welcomed an anarchic and ribald season, revolting against the establishment and searching for radical compassion. The season imagery and print collateral was to reflect this. We played with dark, emotive and textural imagery to complement a body of work that welcomed you to ‘sit in the dark and feel something’.
